Frequently Asked Questions:
How long is production time?
For some of our ready products 2-4 weeks depending on product availability and country of delivery. However, please allow 4-6 weeks for any custom order.
Do you use lab grown or mined diamonds?
We use mined diamonds and each diamond, regardless of size goes through a thorough verification process. Learn more about our diamonds.
Do you use lab grown gems?
We only use natural gemstones as we know that like the people wearing them, natural gemstones are unique. What makes a gemstone special are its flaws and inclusions. Learn more about our gems on this page.
Why don’t you use labgrown diamonds?
The price fluctuation in lab grown diamonds over the last couple of years made our founder dizzy. We see our jewellery as investment pieces and do not feel comfortable selling something we aren’t sure holds any value.
What price do your custom orders start from?
We really love bringing your ideas to life, we do not have a minimum set price for custom orders, nor a maximum. The sky is the limit.
What are your boxes like?
We provide a leather pouch for our necklaces, earrings and bracelets and a fabric box for our rings. For our most exquisite pieces, we provide special packaging.
What is your warranty and after sales like?
In case of defect, we will replace or repair any product for the first year from your date of purchase. After that, we may carry out repairs for free on a quote basis. If you fall out of love with a piece, get in touch and we can discuss a revamp!
How can I care for my jewellery?
Our jewellery was designed to be passed on for generations, that being said we would avoid wearing it to the gym or when carrying out manual labour. It is also better to keep it away from harsh chemicals. We also don’t recommend sleeping with your jewellery on.
Will I receive a certificate?
You will receive an in-house certificate from our gemologists. For diamonds larger than 0.5 ct we can provide a GIA or HRD certificate. Certificates for gemstones are available for a fee upon request.
