Jewellery Care

Jewellery is precious and should be treated with the utmost care. Some precautions are necessary to maintain their beauty and shine:

Jewellery does not like cosmetics, humidity in bathroom, sand and sea, playing sports or doing a manual activity, [detergents, eau de javel, ammonia or alcohol].

  • When you are not wearing your jewel, store it in its leather pouch or Setian  case to protect it from any shock or scratches. It is not recommended to store several pieces of Jewellery in the same box as they could get scratched by friction.

  • Your Jewellery can be cleaned to intensify their shine: rub them gently with a soft toothbrush and soapy water, then rinse with hot water and dry with a soft cloth or with a hair dryer on cold air.

  • The Customer has a period of one (1) year from receipt of the product to request repair thereof at no cost. In the event of a hidden defect (default of crimping, defective chain or clasp), the Customer can choose between the resolution of the sale or a credit note.

  • Beyond one year from receipt of the product, the Company will take care of all repair requests which will be the subject of a quotation. The costs of shipping the product to the Setian  workshop will be borne by the customer, the return costs will be borne by the Company. The repair time limits for a product starting from receipt are of four weeks.

  • The Customer has one (1) year starting from the date of receiving the product to request its reparation free of charge. If the ring, bracelet, or necklace is too big or too small, the Customer can return it to us within one year of the date of receipt and our workshop will readjust the jewel while respecting its original shape.

  • Beyond one year after receipt of the product, the size will be subject of a quotation. The costs of shipping the product to the workshop will be borne by the Customer, the return costs will be borne by Setian . The time it takes to scale up a product from receipt is around four weeks.
