Shipping & Returns
Delivery time: 2 – 4 weeks
We cannot wait to see you wear your Setian jewels but depending on availability and country of delivery we may need up to 4 weeks for your order to reach you.
For custom, or semi-custom orders, lead time is 4-6 weeks.
From the moment we ship your order, the delay is 5 working days, this is counted from moment you receive confirmation email from one of our shipment partners.
We don’t think your jewellery will be safe with a neighbour, please plan to be available to sign for your order.
We are not responsible for any customs clearance outside of the UAE but if you have any questions about shipping, please feel free to reach a member of our team on sales@setianjewellery.com and they will gladly assist you.
If Setian is not available for delivery in your country yet but you really need it to be, get in touch and we will do our best to assist you!
Returns
We don’t think you will ever want to return your Setian jewels but if you find an item to be defective or damaged or need a size change please get in touch. We will always do our best to accommodate our clients.
We can only accept returns as long as you haven’t worn, used, washed, damaged or photographed an item.
We do not usually accept returns on custom made or semi-custom jewellery but if you have a change of heart, please get in touch.
All returns must be made with the original invoice, packaging and accessories and gifts you may have received along with the piece.
Returns will be made against a store credit note.
